This might be the single funniest VN I've ever gone through. Insane props to the gigachad dev.

Ok I have to say I was impressed. At first I thought I wouldn't like it because of the graphics. However, I have to say that the story and the characters really drew me in.
Except for the developer ;-)
I hope it continues soon and look forward to finding out what happens next.

Please tell me That we're going to be able to get together with one of the characters(neeta is Amazing.), they're so interesting and it's so funny! And a little message to the creator... Easy on the pressure okay? You did great! And if sometimes the motivation is less present, that's okay, have fun doing the game and we, players, will be happy!

I love this game! Its story & humor is pretty enjoyable!

I am just curious if InvaderGary would be willing to put the walkthrough on itch? I know it's $3 on Patreon, but I was hoping to purchase it on itch instead. It could be $3, or maybe even $9 as long as it stays that price at full release.

If not it's no big deal. You are doing an amazing job developing this game! I've seen the public posts on Patreon so I want to say that you're doing great & you don't owe anyone anything when it comes to this game, so take your time.

Thank you!

Hey not 100% sure but you can connect your itch and patreon accounts i think because every purchase ive made on patreon shows up on my library here

I've played so many VN's at this point that like 90% of them just seem like dull copies of one another. But I finally found a true gem again. Eternum actually has some fierce competition with Realm Invaders. The situational comedy. The references. Not some staple memes but actual good humor. Loveable characters. One of the few VN's you don't just speed through to get to the spice. Your choice to make the cutscenes unskippable on the first playthrough was weird to me at first, but I completely agree with your choice. I actually believe that over time your game will dethrone Eternum. Much love, Gary!

First off, this is hilarious, i cracked up every other second, and secondly, chloe is best girl, please, i beg, more of the game

(+4)

so quick question were you on crack because this shit is to fucking hilarious

(+8)

“Honestly, at first, I thought this game might be similar to Eternum, but to my surprise, it turned out to be a hidden gem! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, so much so that I’m a little sad to have finished it. Now, all I can do is eagerly wait for what’s next. Thank you for the incredible effort you’ve put into this masterpiece—I’ll be looking forward to the next release!”

whats the song playing over the credits? It fucking slaps

10/10 game, simply masterpiece

(+2)

the comedy alone found while progressing this novel makes it worth it, i quite enjoy your humor style dev X

(+2)

10/10, didn't think I'd find a game that would suck me in as much as Eternum did, especially not more so than.... Looking forward to the updates

It's been a long time since I played a game that was supposed to be a comedy and actually made me laugh. However, this game is a comedy masterpiece. I love the absurd humor, the inserts that amuse, but at which the sound line would indicate a serious or dangerous situation. On top of that there is the “Developer” dude, whenever he appears it makes me involuntarily smile. Cool game, I haven't had so much fun for a long time. I wish you all the best with this project !

(-1)

The game looks fun but I have a small question for if I play, do the H scenes have sfx in them?

thanks

(+1)(-1)

Ok ill admit i wasnt a fan in the first half i thought the humor was trying to hard but after the first hour it starts to grow on you as well as the characters it keeps a light funny vibe while keeping the reader hooked to the main plot as well ill say in my humble opinion 10/10 good game

A Visually Stunning Adventure: A Review of 'Realm Invader'

'Realm Invader' is an interactive visual novel that sets a new standard for the genre with its jaw-dropping visuals, brilliant sound design, and sharp, witty writing. It masterfully blends humor, charm, and intelligence, creating an experience that is as wholesome as it is hilariously irreverent.

Pros:

1. Unparalleled Animations, Renders, and Visuals: 'Realm Invader' delivers some of the most breathtaking animations and renders I’ve ever seen in a visual novel. The attention to detail in each scene is extraordinary, with every frame dripping in vibrant colors and intricate designs. The animations are smooth and lifelike, bringing a dynamic energy to the story that makes each moment feel cinematic. The character models are equally impressive, each with distinct appearances that make them stand out, enhancing the immersive visual experience.

2. Incredible Sound Design and Music: The sound design in 'Realm Invader' is exceptional, with a finely crafted musical score that complements the game’s wide-ranging tones. Whether it’s an epic battle sequence or a quieter, more introspective moment, the music adds depth and emotion to the experience. The sound effects are crisp and well-timed, making the world feel alive and engaging. Together, the sound and visuals create a seamless and captivating sensory experience.

3. Hilarious, Meme-Level Humor: At its core, 'Realm Invader' has a unique sense of humor that’s both wildly entertaining and endlessly clever. The game is filled with meme-worthy moments, witty references, and jokes that hit the mark every time. The humor is hilariously irreverent, but never at the expense of the game’s intelligence. It strikes a perfect balance, keeping players laughing while also appreciating the game’s clever use of language and social commentary.

4. Wholesome and Elegant Writing: Beneath the humor, 'Realm Invader' boasts writing that’s surprisingly wholesome and elegant. The dialogue is sharp, yet warm, and the characters’ interactions are written with thoughtfulness and care. Despite the game’s irreverence, there’s an underlying sense of heart that gives the story a strong emotional core. The writing never feels shallow, blending humor and intelligence effortlessly.

5. Witty and Intelligent Dialogue: The dialogue in 'Realm Invader' is some of the wittiest I’ve ever encountered in a visual novel. Each conversation is packed with clever banter and quick, sharp exchanges that keep the narrative moving at a brisk pace. The writing maintains a high level of intelligence, ensuring that the humor never feels low-brow or cheap. It's the kind of dialogue that not only makes you laugh but also makes you think.

6. Unique and Captivating Characters: One of the game’s biggest strengths is its diverse and captivating cast of characters. Each character feels distinct, with their own unique quirks, motivations, and personalities. The diversity in character design and development is impressive, making every interaction feel fresh and engaging. Whether it’s the wise-cracking best friend or a stoic survivor, every character brings something new to the table, ensuring there’s never a dull moment.

Cons:

Honestly, it’s hard to find any significant flaws in 'Realm Invader.' From the visuals to the writing, the game consistently delivers on every front. If there’s anything to critique, it might be that some of the humor is so irreverent that it could potentially miss the mark for those looking for a more straightforward narrative. However, for players who appreciate wit and a sense of fun, this will likely only add to the experience.

Conclusion:

'Realm Invader' is a masterclass in interactive storytelling, combining some of the best visuals and animations the genre has to offer with incredible sound design and music. The game’s humor is on another level, with meme-worthy moments that will have you laughing out loud, but it never sacrifices its intelligence or emotional depth. The witty dialogue and elegantly written narrative make 'Realm Invader' more than just a funny game—it’s a deeply engaging, intelligent, and wholesome experience with characters that will stay with you long after the credits roll. If you're looking for a visual novel that’s as heartwarming as it is hilarious, 'Realm Invader' is an absolute must-play.

this is such a joy to play. also a bit of a pain cuz i got a red silhouette and am upset and want to fix it. this story has the right amount of horny, funny,  and wholesome that i adore. im commenting cuz i had to stop and sleep and then go pay for the walkthrough cuz im too invested to continue with getting a red silhouette. keep this up im in love with all of this project

Just got to the end of Ep2 Pt1... your work is amazing. The art in visuals and effects, story, and EXTREME hilarity has me hooked. Hands down best VN I've played and I've been through Eternum and a lot of the other top teir recommendations. The story and characters feel more real and I can't stress this enough; that comedy is GOLD. The only things I'm upset about are having to be patient and wait for more, and that I don't have a sound file for that song playing in the current credits of Ep2 Pt1.  Keep up the work, I'm rooting for you.

How do you get stella's second scene?

(1 edit)

This game is hilarious. I love it 😂

And plenty sexy too

One of the best game I've played so far. Keep up the good work

(+1)

Full of laughs and beautifully done animations. I can't recommend this VN enough, despite it only being a couple of chapters in.

wish people should have some awards for this game, i really enjoyed this game. It's the first visual game had my belly hurt for laugh too hard. However, the game is still on the first stage so need to wait for the next update for futher stories. After all, u guys should try this game.

Does the episode 2 part 1 download include episode 1 or do I download that seperately?

Is there a way to install the walkthrough on android ?

(1 edit)

I'm honestly impressed by how long it took me to notice this game. Probably because it receives relatively little attention for its quality standard.

The humor is legendary (probably the best of all AVN's I played). If you are generally willing to support developers of such games, then use your money for this project. The content up to this point (episode 2 part 1) has already been enough to convince me of its quality. If this level is maintained in all aspects (especially humor, spicy scenes and the storytelling itself), I would have to seriously think about how I would relate Eternum and RealmInvader.

thanks for the opportunity, gary!

Can anyone please tell me how to unlock a scene in gallery?

It shows a locked scene of Grace but I have no idea how to unlock it

You have to manage the swim meet in the correct way, I think the trick is getting the oil before you search for Meryl.

Very good, worth playing

Do the scenes got sound?

(1 edit) (+1)

I remember playing episode 1 and getting disappointed that Noelle is gay ( I liked her design )but it seems like she also has her route. Let's see where it will lead to

where did it lead to im interested

(-2)

Too soon to tell but there's also something nice in the MC not necessarily getting to bone everyone. Plus, nothing prevents them from getting more intimate without necessarily going for full on sex - which I personally like tbh.. I know it's a fantasy world, but you don't HAVE to get it on with everyone and make gay people change orientation..

I'll let you play 2.1 to see where this is going, but something tells me there is in fact a Noelle route, however there's no way to say for sure where it'll lead to with the info we currently have.

(+1)(-1)

Let's be honest, I was not expecting much. Looking at the renders sample before downloading, I thought that the cartoon-ish/anime-ish style would bother me and that the FX were too much..

I was wrong, oh so wrong! I got used to the style very quickly and now understand that the effects are not only for sparkles, but actually serve a purpose. A rather interesting purpose at that! What a turn of event right at the beginning.  Also, my cat is looking at me weird, had to bring it out of the room when Cadence was introduced...

I don't think I dislike any one of the characters, they all feel part of the story for the moment, they feel dynamic in their personalities, interact with MC in different fashion, and are, in fact, very well designed and rendered! May I say hot as f. Also, finally an MC with a face.. That non-descript MC rant from Chloe was a highlight for me, and the running gag about MC's attire gets me every time. I think I own this outfit btw...

The animation is amazing, the rendering is gorgeous, the music suits the atmosphere, and the dialogues are hilarious and emotional.. I mean why am I hysterically laughing with a boner 95% of the time? This is both outrageous and very welcomed!

I feel like my choices do really matter and that the story is interesting and the overall intrigue is engaging, although I do feel like there are some (not much) small gaps to explain where/when we are and some odd MC's personality shift. All in all, still one of the best crafted story I've seen in AVNs as of lately.

The "free time" and Lore mechanics are a great way to break the otherwise linear feel of a usual AVN.

I will go eat ice-cream and generate some Embers while I wait for more episodes!

The more I play, the more I enjoy this. 😏

at first it didnt look like the best, but this is definitely the funniest out of all other AVNs, really cant wait for the next update! (and a scene with chloe and ashley or something)

i want to see more  of this Developer guy cameos, i wonder whats his real name is...

thank you gary

Hello! Would anyone mind telling me the name of the song that plays first during the credit scene in episode 1?

Should be NotUsNotThem by Ben Thomas

Thanks! This game has a bunch of tasteful music I hope the dev finds the time to add a feature that lets you check the title of the music thats currently playing

(1 edit)

That would be awesome. I've been trying to figure out the songs myself but haven't had luck with some of them.
